BWW Sports brings boxing and wrestling together under one roof. Whether you're stepping on the mat for the first time or training for competition, there's a class built for you — every weekend.
Every class is coached to build fundamentals first — discipline, footwork, control — before anyone steps up in intensity.
Technical striking, footwork, pad work, and sparring for members who want to build fitness or move toward the ring.
Takedowns, control, and mat work covering freestyle and folkstyle fundamentals through to live competition drilling.
Dedicated sessions for adult beginners and returning athletes — no experience required, train at your own pace.
Members move through a clear pathway. Coaches assess readiness at every stage — nobody is pushed into competition before they're ready.
Fundamentals, safety, and technique. Open to all ages new to boxing or wrestling.
Building on the basics with more live drilling and technique refinement.
Higher tempo training, deeper technique, and controlled sparring/rolling.
Squad training for members actively competing in boxing or wrestling events.
Come try a beginner session before you commit to anything.
Same timetable every Saturday and Sunday — full details on the Classes page.
